Apparatus for waterproofing battery cover in a portable terminal

An apparatus for waterproofing a battery cover in a portable terminal is provided, in which a rear case includes an opening for accommodating a battery, a battery cover 110 covers the rear case, and a waterproofing module (120, 130 and 140) is disposed between the rear case and the battery cover. The waterproofing module is disposed along an inner periphery of the opening, thus sealing a water infiltration path between the battery cover and the rear case. The module includes three major parts: waterproofing plate 120, waterproofing rubber 130 with rubber protrusion 131 which protrudes toward the inner side of the cover.
