A closing device with first opening control (1) for closing the neck openings (10) of a tank (10), which has a neck opening (11) and a neck (12), wherein said closing device with first opening control (1) extends along the longitudinal direction (X-X) and comprises:- an internal part (20), which comprises a threaded cap (21), which has an internal thread (22), and an inner sleeve (25) coaxially located below the threaded cap (21),- an external part (30), which includes an upper wall (31) and an outer skirt (32), which extends in the longitudinal direction from above upper wall (31) surrounding said threaded cap (21) and said inner sleeve (25), and said outer skirt (32) is adapted to be held during container opening and closing (10),- a pouring element with thread (40), which has an external thread (41) adapted for engagement with the internal thread (22) above the threaded cap (21). Said inner sleeve (25) comprises means (26, 27) for longitudinal and rotational attachment of the inner sleeve (25) to the neck (12),- said inner sleeve (25) is connected to said pouring element with the thread (40) for longitudinal and rotational mounting of said pouring element with the thread (40) to said neck (12),- said outer skirt (32) comprises an upper part (33) and a lower part (34) attached to said upper part (33) by an outer brittle portion (35), which is broken during the first opening,- said upper part (33) is firmly attached to said threaded cap (21),- said inner sleeve (25) has a lower portion (28),- said lower part (28) of the inner sleeve (25) and said lower part (34) of the outer skirt (32) comprise respective rotation preventing means (29, 36) that interact to prevent rotation of said lower part (34) relative to said part (28) at its first opening,- at first opening the rotation of said external skirt (32) causes rupture of said outer brittle part (35), thereby enabling disconnection of said lower part (34) from said upper part (33) so that upon reclosure the appearance of the closing device (1) differs from the appearance of the closing device (1) before the first opening. |
