A method for treatment of nervous and mental diseases in patients with allergic reaction by craniocerebral hypothermia. CTF is performed without pre-medication and for the prevention of complications and improvement of efficiency of treatment every 5 min the vital parameters of the patient's state are monitored - namely, blood pressure, heart rate, dynamics of temperature reaction at the eardrum.
