PURPOSE: A pirate ship eradication system and method are provided to warn that a dangerous ship is generated by setting various determination elements for determining the features of a pirate ship and comparing the determination elements with the information of surrounding ships. CONSTITUTION: A pirate ship eradication system comprises a monitoring unit (100), an integrated management unit (200), and a dealing unit (300). The monitoring unit measures the position and movement information of a mother ship and surrounding ships existing within a specific range. The integrated management unit calculates the degree of risk based on the position and movement information of the mother ship and the surrounding ships and compares the degree of risk with a reference value to warn that a dangerous ship is generated. If son ships among the surrounding ships are detected, the sensitivity of the reference value is up-regulated. The dealing unit deals with the access of the dangerous ship using multiple dealing units.
