PURPOSE: A communication terminal and a call processing method thereof are provided to directly request a call termination guide between communication terminals regardless of common carriers, thereby transmitting a guide message for call termination. CONSTITUTION: If a receiving terminal receives a call attempt, a call sensing unit (110) detects whether the receiving terminal is busy with a third terminal. If the call sensing unit detects that the receiving terminal is busy, a massage request unit (120) transmits a request signal for a call termination guide to the receiving terminal. A call termination notification unit (130) receives the call termination guide message from the receiving terminal. The call termination notification unit informs a user about the call termination of the receiving terminal.
