PURPOSE: A multi-dimensional water quality monitoring system is provided to analyze the characteristics of the region pollution source, by constructing geographic information basic map and theme map of the pollution region and various pollution source database of the pollution region. CONSTITUTION: A geographic feature database (DB) (171) comprises geographical information of a geographical information system. An attribute DB (172) comprises current state of pollution sources according to the population per Li/Dong, livestock industry, aquaculture industry, industry and the land of a target region, basic environmental facilities, attributes related with water quality measurement position/water quality simulation and load amount calculation, and association nature which associates all of these, as each attribute information of the geographical DB. A system driving unit (120) calculates the amount of pollution load through a numerical algorithm based on a finite element method on the basis of the data constructed in the geographical DB and the attribute DB, and outputs the result by reflecting the amount of pollution load to the final scenario. A graphic user interface (GUI) (130) outputs the result together with the geographic information.
