PREPARING METHOD OF UNIFORM CARBON/SILICON COMPOSITE

PURPOSE: A production method of a carbon/silicon composite is provided to reduce the volume expansion of silicon by forming the carbon/silicon composite into a spherical shape, to control the side reaction, and to improve the compound density of the composite. CONSTITUTION: A production method of a carbon/silicon composite comprises the following steps: isostatic pressing carbon powder; crushing the isostatic pressed carbon into fine powder using a high-speed crusher; compounding the fine carbon powder, and silicon in a nano size dispersed by a dispersing agent; and forming the mixture into a spherical shape. The carbon powder is coarse powder of 10-30 um. The isostatic pressing step is conducted in the pressure of 1,500-2,500 barr for 1-2 hours. The high speed crusher operates in the speed greater than 10,000 rpm. The fine carbon powder and the silicon in the nano size are mixed in a weight ratio of 90-70:10-30. The compounding step is conducted by using a planetary mill.
