PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form for laying concrete which can keep cost low by more easily performing the operation of mounting a rail for making a laying machine travel than ever. SOLUTION: The form for laying the concrete includes: an abutting surface 1 abutting on the concrete; a supporting portion 2 which is elongated to the backside of the abutting surface 1 and fixed to a base course so as to support the abutting surface 1 from the backside; and a plurality of rod-like members 3 which are erected in line in the direction of the elongation of the abutting surface 1 on the top surface of the supporting portion. A predetermined spacing is set between the abutting surface 1 and the rod-like member 3, so that the rail 4 can be held between the abutting surface 1 and the rod-like member 3.
