PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball alignment device of a game machine, which is capable of feeding balls one at a time; and a ball storage tank having the ball alignment device. SOLUTION: This ball alignment device includes a tubular body 5 spirally formed with a recessed groove 54 having a width of a single ball in an inner circumferential wall, and a motor 6 for rotating the tubular body 5, rotates the tubular body 5 with the motor 6, and feeds the balls flowing inside the tubular body 5 by the spiral recessed groove 54 one at a time. This ball alignment device is defined to have an annular attachment member 3 having a central hole 31 for receiving balls, and a truncated cone-shaped cover body 4 installed on the attachment member 3, and the cover body 4 is rotatably disposed with the tubular body 5 in its inside.
