A method for diagnostics of immunological abnormalities in prematurely born infants of first year of life includes determination in blood serum of the levels of T-lymphocytes (CD), T-helpers (CD), T-suppressors (CD), T-killers (CD), B-lymphocytes (CD), immunoglobulins A, M, G (IgA, IgM, IgG), phagocytic index, stimulated test with nitroblue tetrazolium (NBT-test) and spontaneous test with nitroblue tetrazolium. Immunoregulatory balance (CD/CD) is calculated, and immunological abnormalities in prematurely born infants of first year of life are diagnosed, when corresponding levels are lower than:45.69 % for CD, 26.44 % for CD, 15 % for CD, 13.18 % for CD, 18.8 % for CD, 1.6 for CD/CD, 0.1 g/l fir IgM, 4.15 g/l for IgG, 0.1 g/l for IgA, 44.59 % for particle-to-cell ratio, 8.8 for phagocytic index, spontaneous NBT-test – 3.43 %, stimulated NBT-test – 11.28. |
