PURPOSE: An integrated dual sensor is provided to install a sensor sensing and blocking visual rays and a sensor sensing infrared rays on a substrate to be integrated. CONSTITUTION: An integrated dual sensor includes a semiconductor substrate (102), a first sensor unit (110), and a second sensor unit (120). The semiconductor substrate blocks first lights with a first frequency not to be penetrated downwardly and passes second lights with a second frequency longer than the first frequency. The first sensor unit includes the semiconductor substrate, absorbs some of the first lights, and senses the absorbed first lights. The second sensor unit is formed on one surface of the semiconductor substrate and senses the second light penetrated through the first sensor unit. |
