An LCD panel, an LCD having the same and a driving method thereof are provided to reduce luminance of green data having highest visibility by supplying the green data to a first dot line of a horizontal section 1, thereby preventing horizontal line defects caused by the green data and improving image quality. An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) panel(130) comprises the followings. A first dot line(134a) comprises plural first dots. A second dot line(134b) comprises plural second dots. A third dot line(134c) comprises plural third dots. The first to third dot lines are displayed during a horizontal section 1. The first dot is a green dot including a green color filter. The second dot is a red dot including a red color filter. The third dot is a blue dot including a blue color filter. An LCD comprises the LCD panel, and a gate driver(120) and a data driver(125) for driving the LCD panel. |
