PURPOSE: A coil alignment device using a camera is provided to position a coil on a regular position of a station and to measure the conductivity of the coil. CONSTITUTION: A coil alignment device using a camera comprises a transport vehicle (100), a station (200), a camera (300), and a control unit (400). The transport vehicle has an upper end on which a coil is mounted to arrange a shaft of the coil from the front side to the rear side, and moves to a transfer position. The station is settled on the upper end of the coil. The camera is installed on one side of the station. The control unit obtains the width information and the center position of the coil by calculating the distance between obtained image pixels. The control unit moves the transport vehicle as much as a misalignment value for the coil to be located on a regular position of the station by calculating a misalignment value between the predetermined center positions of the station and of the coil. |
