PURPOSE: A transferring apparatus for a rolling mill is provided to prevent a workpiece from being laterally leaned when transferring the workpiece, thereby reducing a working time for aligning the workpiece because the workpiece is aligned in every new process. CONSTITUTION: A transferring apparatus for a rolling mill comprises a main body(110), transferring rollers(130), and guide parts(170). The main body is placed in between rolling mills. The transferring rollers are rotatably installed on the main body, and have friction parts(152,154) which guide the workpiece to the central portion of the transferring rollers. The guide parts are installed on the main body, and prevent collisions between the workpiece and the main body. The friction part is formed by forming a diameter of one portion of the transferring roller larger than a diameter of the other portion of the transferring roller. The friction part includes a first friction part formed on one side of the transferring roller, and a second friction part formed on the other side of the transferring roller. The first friction part and the second friction part are alternatively placed. The guide part includes a bracket(172), an inclined plane(174), and an elastic member. The bracket is installed to be capable of being ejected from the main body. The inclined plane installed in the bracket guides the workpiece to the central portion of the transferring roller. The elastic member is interposed between the bracket and the main body. |
