PURPOSE: A power management chip and a power management device including the same improve power efficiency by integrating a power switch and a driver for driving the same on one semiconductor chip. CONSTITUTION: A power management chip (1300) includes a power switch (1310) and a driver unit (1320). The power switch includes a first power switch transmitting high voltage and a second power switch transmitting low voltage. The driver unit generates a driving signal to drive the power switch and includes one or more circuits formed on the same substrate as the power switch.
