A SOURCE DRIVER FOR DISPLAY DEVICE INSENSITIVE TO POWER NOISE

PURPOSE: A source driver for a display device insensitive to power noise performs a stable operation in a large-screen display device by fixing a lock signal to a high level when the power noise is generated. CONSTITUTION: A clock data extraction circuit (110) generates an interruption control signal in response to a noise mask signal (SNM). A lock detection circuit outputs a lock signal by detecting the normal operation of the clock data extraction circuit. A source driver control circuit (130) generates a noise start signal (SNS) and a noise end signal (SNE) and outputs a data signal. An interruption switch (140) connects the lock detection circuit and one of the voltages corresponding to a first logic state to the source driver control circuit. A noise masking circuit (150) outputs the noise mask signal in response to the noise start signal and the noise end signal and sends the noise mask signal to the clock data extraction circuit.
