PURPOSE: A motorized height access device for a tower crane is provided to enable a crane driver to easily and rapidly approach the cab of a crane. CONSTITUTION: A motorized height access device for a tower crane comprises is installed inside of a mast (3) of a tower crane and comprises a lift cabin (11). The lift cabin is vertically movable along the mast. A workbench (12) having a safety rail (22) is detachably installed on the lift cabin. Units for connecting the work bench to the lift cabin and fixing the workbench to the mast of the crane are prepared.
