The present invention relates to a power plant using seawater, which is to be installed on the coast and which comprises: a reservoir for receiving seawater during high tide; an inlet through which seawater flows into the reservoir; an outflow pipe buried underground, for discharging the seawater held in the reservoir to the outside; a generator mounted on the outflow pipe, for generating electricity using the seawater discharged from the outflow pipe; and an opening/closing door mounted on the inlet, for regulating the inflow of seawater, wherein a plurality of generators are mounted on the outflow pipe. According to the above-described structure, since electricity can be generated using seawater held in the reservoir, the emission of greenhouse gases, such as carbon dioxide, can be eliminated, safety can be ensured as radiation or radioactive waste is not produced, and in particular, a large amount of electricity can be generated using a plurality of generators. Since seawater stored in the reservoir is used, electricity can be generated 24 hours a day, regardless of the tide.
