An exemplary embodiment provides an information processing apparatus capable of stereoscopic display. The information processing apparatus includes: a display unit capable of stereoscopic display; first creating means (50) for successively creating an input image by periodically picking-up an image of a target object; second creating means (60, 64, 66; 70, 72) for creating a right-eye image and a left-eye image from the input image; and display control means (80) for presenting stereoscopic display on the display unit, using the right-eye image and the left-eye image.
