A mobile dresser comprises a frame, modules mounted one above the other, common bearing elements connecting units of modules to the frame and flexible frame supports. The mobile dresser consists of two or more modular dressing plants, a loading unit of initial material, a rotary mill, a centrifugal concentrator, a dust chamber, an air purification unit from dust, a magnetic separator, a control panel of mobile dresser, a diesel generator and fuel tanks and platforms to accommodate the components of mobile dresser. Each of two or more modular dressers comprises: a support frame, on which two or more modules are mounted, each of which consists of a pneumatic separator in the form of a vertically positioned body provided with a partition wall, a loading device, a screen, upper and lower air distributors and receivers of light and heavy fractions with screws, and is equipped with: a collection system of dust fraction and its supply in a dust chamber. |
