A device for increase of efficiency of semiconductor solar converter comprises two P and N flat semiconductor plates, between which a thin layer capable to photo-effect is formed and comprises a semiconductor plate with intrinsic conduction I. Herein, one face I is located in perpendicular to a light flow, or P and N plates are positioned at a distance one from another, and the second, face is used as a working surface, exposing it to solar beams. |
