The invention relates to a process for the preparation of solution of aluminum-containing coagulant for the treatment of natural and waste water by magnetic treatment and electrocoagulation. For the improvement of coagulating properties of coagulant a water is used for the preparation of solution, which is given to magnetic treatment and elecrocoagulation. After that the solution is diluted to work concentration and magnetic treatment is carried out.
