A captive balloon comprises a shell with a loading port for carrier gas, a holding rope, one end of which is rigidly attached to the shell of said port, the second one is attached in the device for ground maintenance, and means for holding the payload by the balloon. In the case the shell of balloon is made of a breathable fabric, its cavity is intended for filling with individual balls with a carrier gas, and the number and volume of balls are determined by the possibility of obtaining by the shell of excess ascension force of given value. |
