Provided is an ophthalmic composition comprising a prostaglandin compound and viscosity-increasing compound. This composition, by virtue of the addition of the viscosity increasing compound, realizes stabler exertion of the activity and effect of the prostaglandin compound, enhances continuity of the activity and effect and achieves intensified exertion of the activity and effect.
