PURPOSE: A tissue and a method for fabricating the same are provided to obtain the tissue which is useful for children and women with weak skin, especially for patients with hemorrhoid. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating a tissue comprises: a step of mixing 20 wt% of glycerin, 10 wt% of honey, 20 wt% of aloe, 25 wt% of Opuntia extract, 10 wt% of peppermint, 10 wt% of Dendropanax morbiferus extrat, and 10 wt% of Paeonia suffruticosa extract; a step of sterilizing the ingredients by thermal treatment at 100 Deg. C. and preparing a drug; a step of coating a tissue fabric prepared from a milk pack with the drug and rolling the tissue fabric; a step of maturing the tissue fabric for 24 hours for softening; and a step of cutting/packing the tissue fabric in a desired size.
