PURPOSE: A marine algae attachment block for albinism recovery and a submarine forest building method are provided to be able to successfully grow marine algae and to attach marine creatures, and therefore, to effectively build a submarine forest by using an environment-friendly material. CONSTITUTION: A marine algae attachment block for albinism recovery is a base of attachment and growth of marine algae. The marine algae attachment block for albinism recovery comprises a porous structure (10) having multiple emboss (15) and holes (13). A rope (11) for cultivation of marine algae is wound on the outer surface of the porous structure. The rope for cultivation of marine algae is wound in a structure to be settled within a rope groove (12) formed on the outer surface of the porous structure.
