PURPOSE: An antiviral composition against calicivirus, containing a Rubus coreanus extract as an active ingredient is provided to effectively suppress proliferation and replication of calicivirus, thereby being used as an effective therapeutic agent for treating norovirus and feline calicivirus. CONSTITUTION: An antiviral composition against calicivirus contains a Rubus coreanus extract as an active ingredient. The extract is prepared by juicing, steam extraction, hot water extraction, sonication, solvent extraction, or reflux condensation. The extract is prepared by solvent extraction using a solvent selected among water, ethanol, an ethanol solution, and an acetic acid solution. The extract has an antiviral activity by suppressing proliferation and replication of calicivirus. The calicivirus is norovirus or feline calicivirus.
