PURPOSE: A condensed water processing apparatus of a reverse osmosis process and a production method thereof are provided to stably process nitrate nitrogen, to operate the condensed water processing apparatus in a high total dissolution solid concentration condition by filling high quality aerobic granular sludge in an anoxic chamber. CONSTITUTION: A condensed water processing method of a reverse osmosis process comprises the following steps: flowing condensed water of the reverse osmosis process into an anoxic chamber (10) filled with aerobic granular sludge; removing nitrate nitrogen and organic materials; flowing processed water without the nitrate nitrogen and organic materials into a settling tank (20), separating the aerobic granular sludge and the final processed water, and discharging the final processed water; inserting the separated aerobic granular sludge into the anoxic chamber using an internal circulation unit (30), and repeating the previous steps to remove the nitrate nitrogen and organic materials from the condensed water of the reverse osmosis process.
