PURPOSE: An automatic fitting apparatus for seeds and seedlings of brown seaweed is provided to automatically fit the seeds and seedlings of algae to a long line. CONSTITUTION: An automatic fitting apparatus for seeds and seedlings of brown seaweed comprises the following: a base unit(100) including a vertical frame(10), a horizontal frame(12), a base frame(14), a propping frame(16), a supporting frame(18), a guiding supporter(23) for guiding a long line, and a transfer supporter(25); a fitting unit(102) including a transfer cylinder(36) with a transfer pin which widens the long line, a fixing pine shaft with a fixing pin, and a lifting cylinder(32) vertically moving the transfer pin and fixing pin; a clamping unit(104) including a vertical cylinder(52) and a horizontal cylinder(56); a transfer unit(106) for transferring the long line after fitting the seeds and seedlings; and a balancing unit(108) including a balancing shaft with a balancing roller which is installed on a fixing plate(82). |
