摘要 <p>PURPOSE: An integrated electronic hydraulic brake system provides a stable pedal feeling in braking and improves the braking stability, installation ability, fuel efficiency by supporting regenerative braking. CONSTITUTION: An integrated electronic hydraulic brake system comprises an integrated hydraulic control device (100) and a power source unit (200). The integrated hydraulic control device comprises a master cylinder (110), a reservoir (115), two hydraulic circuits (HC1,HC2), an accumulator (120), a pedal simulator (180), a simulation valve (186), and a balance valve (190). The master cylinder generates the fluid pressure using the pedal effort of a brake pedal (30). The reservoir is combined in the top of the master cylinder and stores oil. The hydraulic circuits are connected to each wheel (RR,RL,FR,FL). The accumulator stores a predetermined level of pressure. The pedal simulator is connected to the master cylinder to provide the reaction of the brake pedal. The simulation valve is installed on a fluid passage which connects the pedal simulator to the reservoir. The balance valve connects the hydraulic circuits and controls the pressure variation of the hydraulic circuits. The power source unit includes a pump (210) and a motor (220). The pump takes oil from the reservoir through a hydraulic pipe and discharges the oil to the accumulator in order to form pressure in the accumulator. The motor drives the pump.</p>
