PURPOSE: By including the heat dissipation electrode in the substrate backside 3 terminal thermistor, the thermistor-transistor, and the power transistor control circuit and electrical power system can prevent the one own initiative generation of heat. CONSTITUTION: A radiating terminal(40) is formed into the substrate backside. The radiating terminal transfers the heat. The thermistor thin film(20) is formed into the substrate upside central part. The first and the second electrode(30) are from side to side formed into the substrate upside of the thermistor thin film. A terminal thermistor comprises the isolation buffer layer(50) among substrate and thermistor thin film.
