摘要 PURPOSE: A method for integrally and continuously implementing an aging process and reprogramming process on a car engine control unit is provided to shorten required time for the whole processes. CONSTITUTION: A method for integrally and continuously implementing an aging process and reprogramming process on a car engine control unit includes: a step (S10) of mounting and fixing an engine control unit on a cart; a step (S20) of inserting the cart having the engine control unit into a chamber, and then connecting a connector pin block at the inner side of the chamber and the connector pin of the engine control unit; a step (S30) of raising temperature inside the chamber to a predetermined temperature with operating a heater in order to give a load to the engine control unit, and operating a program recorded on a read only memory (ROM) through a tester connected to the connector pin block, thereby implementing the aging process with identifying whether or not the final condition of the engine control unit is normal; and a step (S40) of lowering the temperature inside the chamber, and reprogramming the ROM with a program for a final product through a ROM recording unit connected to the connector pin block while the temperature inside the chamber is lowered.
