PURPOSE: A method for installing a thruster for a ship on the ground is provided to reduce the construction time by installing a thruster on the ground. CONSTITUTION: A method for installing a thruster for a ship on the ground is as follows. A thruster (10) for a ship is placed on the ground. Multiple tower supports (30) are installed around the placed thruster. A lifting device lifts up the thruster mounting blocks (20) and installs the lifted thruster mounting blocks on the tower supports. The thruster is installed on the thruster mounting blocks. The thruster mounting blocks, in which the thruster is installed, are coupled to a ship.
