SEMI SOLID COSMETIC COMPOSITION AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A semisolid makeup cosmetic composition is provided to show transparency using a gel matrix and vegetable oil of a semiwax type, to lightly apply pearls on skin, and to enhance attachment onto skin. CONSTITUTION: A semisolid makeup cosmetic composition contains: 10-30 wt% of elastomers containing silicone gel, ester-based oil, silicone oil, and vegetable oil; and 70-90 wt% of composite powder. A method for manufacturing the cosmetic composition comprises the steps of: mixing the elastomers and the composite powder; filtering the mixture; and molding the mixture.
