摘要 PURPOSE: A paste composition is provided to provide a low resistance and contact resistance by having high sintering density and low sintering contraction ratio when manufacturing an electrode, thereby improving the efficiency of a solar cell. CONSTITUTION: A paste composition comprises 50-90 wt% of a conductive metal nanoparticle powder with an average particle diameter of 500 nm to 1.0 micron as a conductive metal powder; 1-15 wt% of an organic frit; 4-35 wt% of an organic vehicle; and 0.5-2 wt% of an N-type diffusing agent including a phosphorous element in a stable state in a solution. The organic frit powder is one or more selected from Bi2O3, B2O3, SiO2, Al2O3, CaO, BaO, ZnO, Na2O, Li2O, PbO, TiO2, and ZrO.
