PURPOSE: An outside installation gang form device including a rainwater blocking device is provided to allow an unskilled worker to maintain predetermined quality and reduce a defect by maintaining curing temperatures and fundamentally blocking rainwater. CONSTITUTION: An outside installation gang form device including a rainwater blocking device comprises an upper vertical frame (100), an upper horizontal frame (200), and a rainwater blocking film (RM). The upper vertical frame is installed on the top of the uppermost worktable (CW). One end of the upper horizontal frame is connected to the upper end of the upper vertical frame and is horizontally installed toward a building. The rainwater blocking film encloses the upper vertical frame and the upper horizontal frame.
