PURPOSE: A porous tubular scaffold is provided to fundamentally solve the limit of a pore length by using camphene among freeze mediums and have a pore which is highly arranged. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a porous tubular scaffold comprises following steps. Slurry is manufactured with a precursor consisting of multiple pores, dispersing agents and freeze mediums. A camphene rod is positioned at the center of a cylindrical mold, and the pores are arranged through extrusion molding after freeze molding at less than freezing temperature of the freeze mediums by pouring slurry into the mold. The extruded molding product is heat-treated, frozen and dried in order to remove the freeze mediums. A porous filter or bone filler includes the porous tubular scaffold.
