摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illuminating device that effectively dissipates heat by rapidly conducting the heat generated from an exotherm component mounted in a drive circuit which drives a light source of the illuminating device to a heat dissipating part. <P>SOLUTION: In the illuminating device that has: a driving circuit 3 which drives a light source module 1 and mounts exotherm components 31a such as IC; and a heat dissipating part 4 which dissipates heat from the exotherm components 31a and has a housing 45 to house the driving circuit 3 in the interior, the driving circuit 3 is housed in the housing 45 by making the exotherm components 31a, 31a, 31a close to the heat dissipating part 4.
