PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening implement wherein the printing of a pattern or offset lithography on the whole surface of a locking disk can be performed, and the function can be achieved without being influenced by the temperature environment at a service place. SOLUTION: This locking implement consists of pasting base materials 12 and 22 which have an adhesive layer on the rear surfaces 13 and 23, locking disks 16 and 26 which are attached to the front sides of the pasting base materials 12 and 22 at the central parts, and a winding string 32 which is wound between the pasting base materials 12 and 22 and the locking disks 16 and 26. In the fastening implement, the pasting base materials 12 and 22 are made of a thermoplastic resin, and the locking disks 16 and 26 have a two-layer structure which is constituted by pasting the front surfaces 15 and 25 made of a paper to the rear surfaces 17 and 27 made of a thermoplastic resin with an adhesive. The locking disks 16 and 26 and the pasting base materials 12 and 22 are combined by bonding the central parts of the rear surfaces 17 and 27 of the locking disk 16 and the pasting base materials 12 and 22 by a high frequency welder under a state wherein they are arranged to be confronted with each other.
