[Class 20(iii)] A window of a vehicle, particularly the front windscreen of an automobile, comprising a transparent panel 41 carried in a resilient frame 42 is inserted in a recess around the margin of the opening in the front of the vehicle. The screen is inserted from outside the vehicle and is secured in position from inside the vehicle by nuts 48 on bolts 46 passing through the frame 42, the bolts being secured to the back of a moulding 43 which engages the outside of the frame 42.</p> |
