PURPOSE: A silane based hydrogen storing material for fuel cell application and a generation and recycling method using the same are provided to quantitative recycle the hydrogen storing material by using lithium alanate. CONSTITUTION: A silane based hydrogen storing material for fuel cell application is 1,3,5- trisilacyclohexane, 2,5- bis silyl -1,4- decyl Rasch claw hexane, 1,3,5- tri squil pentane, 1,1,2- tricyl ethane or 1,2,3- tricyl reel propane. The generation method of the hydrogen includes a step of alcoholization reaction or hydrolysis reaction for the organosilane compound. The generation speed of the hydrogen is 16.0-36mLmin-1g-1. A hydrogen generation method additionally adds a catalyst to the alcoholization reaction. The catalyst is sodium methoxide. The organosilane compound produces methoxy silane and hydrogen put through alcoholization reaction. The hydrogen generation method additionally adds catalyst to the hydrolysis. The catalyst is inorganic acid of sulfuric acid, methanesulphonic acid, hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid, formic acid, acetic acid, acid catalyst of carboxylic acid of trifluoroacetic acid, NaOH, potassium hydroxide, hydroxide of alkali metal of magnesium hydroxide or alkaline earth metal, RuCl3-H2O, RuCl2(PPh3)3, Ru(cod)Cl2, Ru3(CO)12,, RuH2(PPh3)4, (RuCl2(benzene))2, (RuCl2(p-cymene))2, (RuCl2(p-cymene))2, (RuCl2(p-cymene))2, RhCl(PPh3)3 or cationic Rhenium.
