PURPOSE: A prefabricated retaining wall using a precast concrete panel and a construction method using the same are provided to appropriately share loads and pressure applied to the whole retaining wall by inserting and fixing the lower part of a precast concrete wall. CONSTITUTION: A prefabricated retaining wall (100) using a precast concrete panel comprises a precast concrete (PC) wall (110), a PC lower plate (120), and a support unit (130). The lower part of the PC wall is partially inserted and fixed into the ground by using a PC panel (101). The front end of the PC lower plate is integrally connected to a connection unit (112) formed on the rear surface of the PC wall. The support unit connects between the PC wall and the PC lower plate.
