METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING BUFFER RING OF EAR PHONE AND THE BUFFER RING THEREBY

PURPOSE: Manufacturing method of an earphone shock-absorbing unit and earphone shock-absorbing unit manufactured thereby are provided to decrease the exterior failure rate by using an injection molding method. CONSTITUTION: An upper mold and a lower mold are prepared. A plurality of patterns forming the top surface (exterior) of each earphone shock-absorbing unit are arranged on the upper mold. The lower mold forms the bottom surface (interior) of the each earphone shock-absorbing unit by corresponding to the upper mold. An injection nozzle is prepared in the pattern. A liquid phase material is injected into a cavity (130) of the mold through the injection nozzle while sealing the upper mold and the lower mold. After curing the liquid phase material, the upper mold and the lower mold are opened.
