PURPOSE: A system and method for controlling an access based on a scenario are provided to prevent the generation of an emergency state and to easily track an intruder. CONSTITUTION: A system (130) for controlling an access based on a scenario includes a database (160), a scenario extracting part (133), an image outputting control part (135), and a terminal (140). The database stores the scenario in which multiple access control units and multiple cameras are mapped according to the moving path of an intruder. The access control units predict the moving path of the intruder. The scenario extracting part extracts the scenario registered in the access control unit outputting an event generation signal. The image outputting control part transmits images from the cameras for the extracted scenario. The terminal receives the images from the cameras, and displays the images according to display conditions.
