PURPOSE: A synthetic resin composition for PVC nontoxic windows is provided to have excellent initial coloring prevention, heat resistance, and weatherability without containing a Pb-based stabilizer or Cd-based stabilizer. CONSTITUTION: A synthetic resin composition includes a non-toxic metal-based soap stabilizer and a non-toxic metal-based inorganic stabilizer. The non-toxic metal-based stabilizer is a compound that a C3-50 alkyl group-containing aliphatic acid in which hydrogen is substituted by a metal element, and the amount thereof is 0.1-15 parts by weight based on 100.0 parts by weight of PVC.
