A blind fastener for clamping together two components comprises a sleeve (13) having a radially expandable first end (14), a threaded fastener for extending through the sleeve (13), an expansion head (24) threadedly mounted on the threaded fastener whereby movement of the expansion head (24) towards a second end of the sleeve (13) expands the first end, and a collar (21) for engaging with the second end of the sleeve and having an aperture through which the threaded fastener extends. The threaded fastener has a head formation for rotation of the threaded fastener when the collar (21) is positioned between the head portion and the sleeve (13). The second end of the sleeve (13) and a confronting surface (31) of the collar (21) comprise inter-engaging formations (32,36) which resist relative rotation of the sleeve (13) and collar (21) but permit their axial separation.
