PURPOSE: A device for manufacturing polyurethane foams is provided to flatten the surface of the foamed polyurethane foam by minimizing the amount of foaming agents in which are vaporized. CONSTITUTION: A device (1) for manufacturing polyurethane foams comprises a bubble removal pressurizing unit (100), a release paper supply unit (200), and a planarization device (300). The bubble removal pressurizing unit pressurizes a strand mat laminating member to remove the bubbles inside the strand mat laminating member. One side of the bubble removal pressurizing unit pressurizes the strand mat laminating member which is lower than the surface of the polyurethane undiluted solution. The release paper supply unit supplies release paper (220) to be attached at the strand mat laminating member. The planarization device diffuses foam contained in the strand mat laminating member from an upper part of the strand mat laminating member in which the release paper is attached. The planarization device pressurizes the strand mat laminating member to a predetermined height through the entire transverse direction of the transfer direction of the strand mat laminating member.
