<p>A cage nut has a nut holder (1) and a nut part (20), the nut part (20) being captively floatingly mounted in the nut holder (1) via an engagement arrangement formed by laterally protruding retaining tongues (4, 5) and stop tongues (16, 17, 18, 19) that project in a hook-like manner. Despite the relatively simple construction of the cage nut, a robust connection is thereby obtained between the nut part (20) and the nut holder (1), one that is tolerant of deformation of the nut holder (1) and is stable against high torques.</p> |
