The present invention refers to a method for manufacturing a ball with no vinyl liner, which is formed by polystyrene stripes screen-printed only with quick-dry non-toxic ink, each colour being applied for first time in each of the polystyrene stripes and let to dry for about 24 hours, then the stripes being placed in the drying area and subsequently thermoformed for providing the same with a ball shape and the suitable ink colouring; the ball-shaped stripes are consequently introduced into moulds and fixed with thermo resistant masking tape, so as to prevent the stripes from moving and remain stocked when the polyurethane is reacted and grown. |
