PURPOSE: A light emitting device package is provided to efficiently prevent the deformation of a lead frame exposed to an opening part. CONSTITUTION: A lead frame(20) includes a first lead(21) and a second lead(22) which are separately arranged. A package body(10) includes an opening part to partially expose the first lead and the second lead. The opening part is widely tapered from a bottom side(11b) to a front side(11a). The width of the bottom side of the opening part is equal to or wider than the widths of the first lead and the second lead. A light emitting device(30) is electrically connected to the first lead and the second lead which are partially exposed. |
